Key Features & Design

Pump Type & Configuration

The main hydraulic pump consists of two variable-displacement axial piston pumps.  

A separate pilot (servo) gear pump is also used for control circuits.  

Flow & Displacement

Maximum flow (each pump): ~ 200 L/min (≈ 52.8 US gal/min) × 2 pumps.  

Pump displacement (per pump): ~ 105 cc/rev (i.e. each pump has ~105 cc per revolution)  

Pressure ratings (“normal / boost”): ~ 330 / 350 kgf/cm² (≈ 4,694 / 4,980 psi)  

Hydraulic Circuit Features & Controls

Automatic Sensing / Work Mode: The system dynamically adjusts pump output (flow & pressure) based on the operational demand to improve fuel efficiency and reduce waste.  

Summation system: The flows from both pumps can be combined (summation) when needed for heavy-demand functions to reduce cycle time.  

Priority Controls:
• Boom priority (for quicker raising) 
• Arm priority (for faster operation during filling / leveling) 
• Swing priority (to allow simultaneous operations more smoothly)  

Regeneration: The system includes boom/arm regeneration circuits to reuse flow during certain simultaneous operations.
